Think back, what are the most memorable things Pat said to you? Memorable as in, he's the only one that always said it...
Kind of like when he'd answer the phone and say "What it Be?"
or "Read any good books?"
Or "I've got a great book for you."
or 'Got any gossip?"
His favorite quote on his business card "The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten"
When you're finishing something that tastes really good..."Are you gonna eat that last bite?"
Oh, and something that will hold up as a true Patism 100 years from now. :)
Looking for help here...write!!
Love,
Xochi

ReplyDeleteMy fondest memory of Pat is not something that he said, but something that we did while I was visiting my dad on location in Seattle when I was young - probably 4 or 5. I remember being incredibly bored and it was cold and wet.. To help keep me occupied and amused, Pat would pass notes and pictures attached to rope with clothespins down from his balcony to ours (we were in a room directly below his). Just a little something, but I'll never forget it! Happy Birthday Pat! We miss you.
