Sunday, Sunday

It's hard to believe the last time I spoke to Pat was 7 weeks ago, the last time I saw him.   It seems like it could have been yesterday.  Sundays are the harder days for me knowing what comes on Monday morning.

All I know is thank goodness for skype.com.   Since Mom and Pat moved to Mexico, I saw them more than ever, at least once a week it was as though they were in my living room having a visit.   If you've got anyone out there you need or want to see more than you do, get it together and set up each other, it's easy, free and like I said, I was lucky to spend time with my mom and dad more than ever.   We're all busy but no buts and  no regrets.  I have these memories.   Love, Xochi

  1. Having only just caught up with the news of Pat's passing, I can take some comfort knowing that it was one of my visits to Los Angeles that meant you had Skype on your computer. I'm glad I helped contribute to you and Pat being able to keep in touch so easily.

I was so sorry to finally hear of your family's loss. Pat was always one of those larger than life figures when we were growing up in New Hampshire - I was always in a awe of him. I remember the tiny little house that he and Ginger had in Los Angeles in the 90s.
